These are customized each week we speak. We meet once or twice a month depending on what feels aligned. We will dive deep into finding your root wounds and deep blocks to be able to step into the highest version of yourself! Allowing you and your intuition to lead, I am just your guide to support you and let you know, you are not alone in this!
